School and Exam Disruption

It has been a difficult time for kids in education over the past few months, and for parents trying to juggle home schooling, running a home and working.

 
 
 

The Education Secretary, Gavin Williamson, has released an apology for the disruption to schools and exams.

 
 
 

The situation of closing schools, of cancelling exams, is not something any of us would have envisaged happening, but the choices were made in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.

 
 
 

With the possible opportunity to sit an actual exam in the Autumn for those students who feel they have received an unfair estimated grade, would your child decide to do a physical exam after no schooling for nearly 6 months - that would be hard for them I think.
